Tenant Information Dear Vacationer, Your receipt is verification of your rental agreement with us. Examine it carefully for the dates and balance due. Bring your receipt with you on the day of your arrival; you will need it to check in. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call. All reservations require a 50% deposit. The final balance is due by May 31st. Reservations made after May 1st must be paid in full. Should your cottage require an additional Security Deposit it can be paid along with your final balance by May 31st. Please make out a separate check for the security deposit. Security Deposit's can be paid on the day of arrival as long as they are paid by cash, certified check, money order, or traveler's check. No personal checks are accepted on the day of arrival. Check in time is between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Late arrivals must notify our office in advance or we will assume you have canceled your reservation. Check out time is before 10:00 am on the day of departure. There are no refunds on deposits for Cottage Rentals. Pets are not allowed. Sorry but, they leave fleas and ticks. There are no tents, trailers, or campers, or R.V. Vehicles allowed on the premises. Should your occupancy exceed the maximum occupancy, you will be evicted without any refund or recourse. It's the responsibility of every tenant to clean their cottage before departure. Should your cottage be found untidy you must inform us the day you arrive. Some cottages do provide telephones. Check with us to see if your cottage includes a phone. Amenities Supplied In All Cottages: Our cottages are fully furnished, and equipped with the basic pots & pans, dishes, & silverware. Some cottages provide extra amenities such as TV, Cable, Radio, Grill, etc. They are provided on an "as is basis". Please ask about the amenities your cottage includes. You'll need to bring the following items: Bed linens, blankets, towels, toaster, paper goods, beach chairs, basic cleaning supplies, radio, barbecue grill, lawn furniture. Tenants have access to all three Misquamicut Fire District beaches, as well as the recreational facility between the Andrea and Pleasant View hotels. Beaches are open and life guards are in attendance from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM seven days a week. See you this summer!
